　　Product Introduction

　　The equipment drawings produced by our company are the drawings of the national unified standard issued by the joint design group of the Ministry of Machinery, and implement the relevant standards such as GB10595-89 "Technical Conditions of Belt Conveyor" and JB/ZQ8008-88 "Quality Analysis of Belt Conveyor Products" Etc." and other corresponding testing standards. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, transportation, hydropower, coal, mining, food and other industries to transport bulk materials or finished objects with a temperature below 50P. It can fully meet the requirements of process layout (horizontal, inclined, concave-convex arc curve). It can be conveyed by a single machine, or can be combined with other conveyors to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system. The conveying capacity can reach 3000m7h.

　　There are quality control points for the key parts of the belt conveyor mechanism in the process of processing, manufacturing and assembly, and there are special processes and tooling to ensure the quality of the products:

　　1. In terms of product technology: the company has a complete process route, the preparation of fifteen process documents such as machining, welding, heat treatment, etc., and has established quality control points for key components such as rollers, rollers, and shafts.

　　2. In terms of working molds: After a large amount of investment and careful design, the company has completed more than 20 sets of various molds of B500-1400 mm (including 6 blanking molds and 20 stamping molds) and roller welding to composite , Static balance frame, beam welding tooling, etc.
